At Fit Wetsuit, we stand behind our premium water sports gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items.

- Non-Returnable Items: Free Dive gear and Infiniti collection (due to hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the following template to ensure we process your request quickly:
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship to: Fit Wetsuit Returns, 4812 Five Points, Baltimore, US 21202
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
For returns: Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
For exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. If the new item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.
Shipping Costs
- Returns due to our error: We’ll cover return shipping costs
- Other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Exchanges: Customer pays return shipping; we cover shipping for the replacement item
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Free Dive gear (including masks, snorkels, and mouthpieces)
- Infiniti collection products
- Any used or damaged items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
